摘要
设计了一种基于STM32的低功耗、高效率的降压型直流开关稳压电源。采用TI公司的LM5117同步降压控制器,它内部集成了PWM控制器、高边和低边NMOS驱动器,并且包含了一个高电压偏置稳压器,为PWM控制器和NMOS驱动器提供偏置电源。控制回路核心部件为STM32F103xxx微控制器,它内部包含了丰富的功能模块,利用其自带的ADC对输入的模拟信号进行多通道同步模数转换。经实际运行表明,此开关电源的电压转换效率较高,并具有低成本、高精度、低功率损耗、安全可靠等优点。
In this paper,a buck dc switching power supply with lowpower consumption and high efficiency based on STM32 was designed. The buck controller adopts LM5117 synchronous step-down controller made by TI Company,which integrates PWMcontroller,the high side and lowside NMOS drives,and contains a high voltage bias voltage regulator as PWMcontroller and NMOS device bias power supply. The STM32F103 xxx micro-controller with plenty of function modules is chosen as the core of control circuit,and its build-in ADC is utilized to carry out the multi-channel synchronization AD converting of the input analog signal. The practical operation shows that the switch power supply has higher voltage converting efficiency accompanying with lowcost,high precision,lowpower consumption,safe and reliable,etc.
