摘要 改进常规以石英砂和高浓度碱液为原料生产偏硅酸钠的生产工艺和设备,采用广西柳城县本地丰富的石英砂硅矿资源和自产质量分数30%~32%的碱液为原料生产五水和无水偏硅酸钠,免去碱液蒸发浓缩的过程;对反应和蒸发浓缩过程中的闪蒸汽进行回收利用,减少蒸汽消耗,达到节能降耗、降低生产成本的目的。 Sodium metasilicate was produced before by conventional process with quartz sand and high concentration of alkali liquor as raw materials. The production process and related equipment were improved. Local rich quartz sand silica mineral resources in Liucheng County of Guangxi Province and self-produced 30% -32% mass fraction of alkali liquor were used as the raw materials for production of anhydrous sodium metasilicate and sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, and thus the evaporation and concentration of alkali liquor were eliminated. The flash steam formed in reaction and in evaporation and concentration was recycled, and thus steam consumption reduced, and the aims of saving energy, reducing consumption and lowering production cost were achieved.
