摘要
以模具钢LLG2311H为测试对象,对金属材料洛氏硬度测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。同时,比较了考虑硬度计最大允许误差时和考虑硬度计系统误差时所得的不确定度值。评定测量结果时,取考虑硬度计最大允许误差时所得的不确定度值。
By using the die steel LLG2311H as test object, the uncertainty of the Rockwell hardness measurement results of metallic materials were evaluated. At the same time, the uncertainty value of the system error was compared with the maximum permissible error of the hardness tester. When evaluating the measurement resuits, the uncertainty value of the maximum permissible error of the hardness tester was took.
