摘要
利用ANSYS软件建立塑料检查井注射模型腔板刚强度有限元分析模型,研究2种不同结构对型腔板刚强度的影响。结果表明:壁厚值为200 mm时,型腔板1、2的刚强度相差不大,但型腔板2的质量远小于型腔板1;型腔板2的刚强度变化趋势为:随着壁厚值的增加,型腔板所受到的应力应变值先减小后增大,壁厚为60 mm时应力应变值最小,壁厚为120 mm时应力应变值趋于稳定状态。
A model was established by using ANSYS software to fmite element analyze the stiffness and strength of injection mould cavity plate for plastic inspection well. The effect of two different structures on the cavity plate stiffness was studied. The results showed that the wall thickness was 200 mm, the stiffness and strength of cavity plate 1 & 2 were nearly, but the weight of cavity plate 2 was much lighter than cavity plate 1. The stiffness and strength trend of cavity plate 2 was as follows: with the increasing of wall thickness, the stress and strain value of cavity plate were decreased first and then increased. The stress and strain value were the minimum when the wall thickness was 60 nun, while stress and strain trended steady state when the wall thickness was 120 mm.
