摘要
目的总结1例老年营养不良全肺切除术患者的围手术期护理体会，为临床护理提供参考。方法在术前加强对患者的肺康复锻炼和营养干预，在术后早期加强对患者的生命体征观察和护理；注意肺康复锻炼和营养支持，保持气道通畅，促进痰液的有效引流；加强疼痛护理和并发症的预防。结果患者术程顺利，术中出血约200ml。术后第2天拔除胸管，术后第8天患者出院。结论对于老年营养不良全肺切除术患者，做好围手术期的康复功能锻炼和营养支持，能有效地预防术后并发症，促进患者的康复，为确保手术的治疗效果发挥重要的作用。
Objective To summarize the experience of peri-operative nursing care for one elderly malnutrition patient undertaking total pneumonectomy and provide some references for clinical nursing care. Methods Pulmonary rehabilitation exercise and nutrition intervention for the patient should be strengthened before operation and the observation of vital signs and intensive care after the operation; Attention should be paid on the pulmonary rehabilitation exercise and nutrition therapy; the airway should be maintained unobstructed; sputum drainage should be effectively promoted; pain management and the prevention of complications should be enhanced. Results The procedure was smooth. The bleeding volume in operation was 200 ml. The intrathoracic drain was removed 2 days after the operation. The postoperative recovery was good. The patient was discharged 8 days after the operation. Conclusions For elderly malnutrition patient undertaking pneumonectomy, rehabilitative functional training and nutrition support in perioperative period can effectively prevent postoperative complications and promote the patient＇s rehabilitation, which play an important role in the curative effect of operation.
