墙体开洞及建筑间距对串列低矮建筑屋面易损区影响 被引量:1

Influence of opening and distance on vulnerable areas of tandem low-rise buildings

摘要 基于计算流体力学软件Fluent,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型研究了以墙体开洞面积和建筑距离为变量对两栋串列双坡低矮建筑屋面风压及屋面易损部位风压的影响规律.结果表明:施扰建筑屋面内风压受迎背风墙面开洞面积和两栋建筑间距离影响明显,在12 m建筑间距迎风墙面洞口面积为背风墙面的两倍时屋面平均内风压系数达1.41;开洞后内外风压共同作用使施扰建筑屋面净风压比封闭建筑外风压明显增大,各区域中背风屋脊区负风压最大,最大风压系数可达-2.34,平均负风压系数约-1.9,比封闭工况时增大了约90%.墙面开洞对受扰建筑屋面风压影响也较为明显.对群体开洞建筑风压的研究有利于了解群体建筑损毁机理,对沿海地区低矮建筑抗风有现实意义. The influence of wall with openings of interfering building and distance on roof pressure and vulnerable areas pressure for two tandem gable roof low-rise buildings were investigated by computational fluid dynamics software Fluent which RNG κ-ε model was added in. The results show that internal pressure of interfering building is clearly affected by openings on windward wall and leeward wall and distance changing, when the distance is 12 m and the opening area on windward wall is twice as big as it on leeward wall, the mean internal wind pressure coefficient was up to 1.41. The combined action of internal pressure and external pressure at operation conditions of wall with openings made the roof have a stronger negative pressure than building with no openings, area of leeward ridge have a biggest negative pressure in all areas, maximum of the value is -2.34, the mean value is -1.9 which increased by 90% comparing with non-opening operation condition. Interfered building is also obviously influenced by the appearing of openings. The study of building with openings in group can help us to understand damage mechanism of group buildings and have practical significance for wind resistance research on low buildings of coastal areas.
