多方法集成的凸轮轴磨削工艺智能优选研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对凸轮轴磨削加工具有工艺参数选择困难、严重依赖加工人员经验等问题,提出了基于粗糙集(Rough Set,RS)、层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)及基于实例推理理论(Case-Based Reasoning,CBR)等多种智能技术集成的凸轮轴磨削工艺智能优选模型算法流程、运行体系和实现方法。利用粗糙集理论的离散和约简算法获取到最具分类能力的特征属性集,定义组合赋权法由此获得特征属性的组合权重大小,分别采用基于实例推理方法和综合评价法对加工实例相似度和置信度进行计算。以某型凸轮轴毛坯加工为实例,验证了凸轮轴磨削工艺智能优选模型的有效性。 Aimed at the difficulty of process parameters selection, an intelligent optimization model of camshaft grinding process based on Rough Set (RS), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) methods is introduced. The feature attribute set which has the most classification ability is collected by using the discrete and reduction algorithm of the rough set theory. The combination weights are obtained according to defining combination weighting approach. The similarity and confidence of case is calculated using case-based reasoning and comprehensive evaluation method, respectively. On the basis of this, its effectiveness is verified by applying the model to process.
