摘要
在工业化生产中熔炼铸造大规格2219铝合金圆锭存在许多技术难点。通过恰当地选择原料及采用高效除气、除渣技术,有效地防止了铸锭裂纹、内部疏松、粗大晶粒等缺陷,获得组织较为均匀、性能良好的大规格2219铝合金圆锭。
Many technological difficulties exist in the melting and casting process of large- sized 2219 Al-alloy billets. The industry practice shows that large-sized 2219 Al-alloy billets with high performance and uniform structure, which are free of crack, porosity and grains of large sizes, can be produced through proper raw material selection and efficient degassing and refining technology.
