摘要
电弧图像能够直观的反映出电弧的形貌及运动特性。为了获得不同气体介质中的电弧状态及其影响因素,文中利用可拆可视化小型样机,对直流小电流下不同气体电弧的形貌进行了拍摄和对比,并分析了电弧电压的变化规律。研究表明,随着电弧电流的减小,电弧半径减小,电弧亮度降低;随着腔体充气压力的增大,电弧中心的亮度升高,电弧电压增大;触头开距的增大,使得电弧长度增加,电弧电压升高;CO_2和N_2电弧燃烧较不稳定,N_2电弧射流引起的热气体径向喷射力更强,CO_2电弧受开距的影响更为显著。电弧图像的辅助分析方法,为实验现象的理解提供了参考,同时也为环保型气体电弧特性的研究提供了支撑。
Arc appearances and changing characteristics can be reflected from the arc images. In order to obtainthe states of the arc and the influencing factors to them, a lower current flexible model prototype with two observation windows is adopted, the arc appearance in different gases are captured and compared, and the variations of the arc voltage are analyzed. The research shows that arc radiuses and arc brightness decrease with the arc current getting lower, arc voltage and arc brightness increase with the filling gas pressure increasing. The enlargement of the contact distance makes the increase of the arc length and leads to the rising of the arc voltage. CO2 and N2 arcs are burning more unstably, the spurt power of the hot gas caused by the jets is larger in N2 arc,and the effect of the contact distance is remarkable to the CO2 arc. The analysis method assisted by the arc images gives a reference for understanding the experimental phenomena and provides a support for researching the arccharacteristics of the environment-friendly gases.
