摘要
为评定毫米波紧缩场平面波性能是否优良,需要研制高稳定性的毫米波幅相校准系统。本文基于参考支路法,模拟现场实际校准配置,设计利用定向耦合器、可变衰减器等毫米波器件搭建闭环幅相校准系统,以典型工作频点为例,研究系统在5mm频段信号幅相稳定性的变化规律。实验表明,设计的幅相校准系统信号幅相稳定性具有很高的量级,有效提高了系统的测量不确定度指标。
To assess the performance of plane wave if good, we need to develop high stability of the millimeter wave amplitude and phase calibration system. Based on the reference branch method, we simu- late the actual test site configuration and design using a directional coupler and a variable attenuator and other millimeter-wave devices to build a closed-loop amplitude-phase test system. In typical operating fre- quency, change regularity of signal amplitude and phase stability was researched at 5ram band. The exper- iment shows signal amplitude and phase stability of the detection system has a high magnitude and effec- tively improve the measurement uncertainty.
