摘要
基于指标洪水法,收集了淮河流域中淮河、洪河、大运河等水系27个水文测站的多年最大洪峰序列,使用"水文相似性"聚类分析方法把淮河流域划分为4个水文分区,通过了分区合理性检验。采用P?Ⅲ型分布作为水文相似性分区的统一分布线型,并利用线性矩法估算出了区域洪水频率曲线的分布参数,最终得到淮河流域内27个水文站点的洪水频率曲线和设计洪水。
Based on index flood method, this paper collects 27 hydrological stations" maximum flood peak series of the Huaihe River, theHonghe River and the Dayunhe River and so on in the Huaihe River Basin. And the Hualhe River Basin is divided into 4 hydrological region-alization zones by using the "hydrological similarity" clustering analysis method. The division rationality test is passed successfully. The P-IIIdistribution is used as the unified distribution line of hydrological zones. The parameters of regional flood frequency curves are calculated byusing the linear moment method. Finally, the flood frequency curves and the design floods of 27 hydrological stations in the Huaihe River Ba-sin are obtained.
