摘要
习近平同志在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的重要讲话,强调了理论创新、文化创新与所处时代的实践之间的关系问题,这是对唯物史观关于文化创新与实践之关系观点的继承与发展。首先,实践是文化产生的根基和文化创新的根本动力,思想理论创新必须立足实践。其次,实践蕴涵着文化创新的两大尺度——真理尺度与价值尺度的有机统一和文化价值评判的最终标准。再次,文化创新与发展对社会实践起着重要调控与引领作用。
In the speech delivered at the forum on philosophy and social sciences, comrade Xi Jinping emphasized the relationship between theoretical innovation, cultural innovation and the time cir-cumstance, which could be regarded as an inheritance and development of the view on the relationship between cultural innovation and practice in historical materialism. Firstly, practice is the foundation of culture and the fundamental power for cultural innovation. Secondly, practice embodies an integration of the standard of truth and the standard of value which are applied to evaluate cultural innovation. Finally, cultural innovation and development plays a significant regulatory and leading role in social practice.
