摘要
非物质文化遗产具有特殊的文化特性和极高的审美价值、历史价值以及旅游开发价值。中国是古代文明发祥地之一,具有丰富的非物质文化遗产资源。保护和利用好非物质文化遗产,不仅是传承优秀传统文化的要求,也是彰显文化软实力和打造诗意栖居城市的需要。当前我国非物质文化遗产保护还存在一些亟待解决的问题。加强非物质文化遗产保护,要进行科学规划,完善相关政策法规,建设好人才队伍,创新保护模式,构建新的保护格局。
Intangible cultural heritage has a peculiar cultural features and very high aesthetic, historical, and tourist values. As one of the cradles of civilization, China has a rich resource of intangible cultural heritage. To protect and well use the intangible cultural heritage is not only the demand of inheriting excellent traditional culture, but also the request to display cultural soft power and constructing the city good for living poetically. There are some problems that should be solved in protecting intangible cultural heritage. To enforce the .protection of intangible cultural heritage, we should plan scientifically, and perfect relevant laws and policies, and construct faculty, innovate protection mode, and establish new protection situation.
