摘要
添加抗车辙剂和温拌剂分别是解决沥青路面车辙病害和降低混合料拌和、施工温度的常用方法。目前国内外对同时添加抗车辙剂和温拌剂合理掺量的研究较少。为了实现温拌技术与抗车辙技术的有效结合,确定两者在施工应用中的最佳掺量,文中选用了几种不同的改性剂掺量比,采用旋转粘度试验、车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验和浸水马歇尔试验,对不同改性剂掺量比下的效果进行对比研究。结果表明,不同改性剂掺量比对混合料性能影响显著,2%温拌剂H7030+4%抗车辙剂H7686是最佳的掺量比组合方式。
Adding anti-rut agent is usually used to solve the rutting problem of asphalt pavement and adding warm-mixed agent is used to lower the temperature of mixing and construction.There is not enough research on the optimum admixture quantity ratio between warm-mixed agent and anti-rut agent so far.In this research,several admixture quantity ratios are adopted.The implementation effect is analyzed through viscosity test,the wheel tracking test,the immersion Marshall test and the low temperature bending beam test.The result indicates that the optimum admixture quantity ratio between warm-mixed agent and anti-rut agent is 1∶2.
