摘要
根据新时期的大学生身上的时代特征,以大学生公益劳动课程为载体,思考如何行之有效的利用课程平台成为人格塑造的有效载体,切合实际的安排课程内容,发现问题,解决问题,如何教育学生培养和塑造健康完整的人格,使学生的人格充分健全的发展,是当前教育,管理工作者的重要责任和义务。
According to the age characteristics of college students in the new period and taking college students volunteer labor courses as the carrier, this paper thinks how to effectively make use of course platform to become the effective carrier of personality and arrange the course content, discover a problem, and solve the problem. How to teach the students to train and build complete and healthy personality to fully develop the personality of the students is the important responsibilities and obligation in current education.
