摘要
运用实证分析方法,对"十二五"期间珠海市固定资产投资规模、投资结构与经济增长的发展趋势进行测度。分析投资产业结构、投资地区分布结构、投资效益、投资渠道与投资主体表现特征以及存在的问题。从优化投资产业结构、调整投资布局、提高投资效率、放宽投资准入、创新融资模式等方面提出调整投资结构的对策,为适应新常态、引领新常态,以进一步促进珠海市经济稳定增长。
By means of empirical analysis, this paper measures the trend of Zhuhai＇ s ＂ Twelve Five-Year＂ investment in fixed assets, investment structure and economic growth, analyzes of investment industry structure, regional distribution of investment, investment returns, investment channel, as well as existing problems. Currently, Chinese economy is in a new period of normal, in order to adapt to the new normal, the paper puts forward a suggestion of optimizing the industrial structure of investment, adjusting investment distribution, improving investment efficiency and innovating financing models to promote Zhuhai City steady economic growth.
