摘要
针对滚动振动试验台垂向作动器的选型需要,建立了左右轨道轮独立垂向激振的简化力学模型,仿真得到正弦激振位移情况下的作用力;其次研究了普速线路轨道不平顺问题,仿真反演了典型速度下的垂向不平顺时间曲线,统计了对应的速度及加速度的标准差,并利用"3σ准则"给出作动器的运动参数。研究给出了滚动振动试验台垂向激振油缸的参数选择建议,可供机车车辆滚动振动试验台设计参考。
For the selection of vertical actuator on the roller testing rig, a simplifi ed mechanical model of vertical excitation was built to characterize the independent construction of track roller system, as well as simulate the vertical actuator force under the sinusoidal displacement excitation. Then, the track irregularity on common speed line was researched, and the vertical irregularity time curve based on the inversion of track power spectrum under different typical velocity was drawn. Standard deviation of the corresponding velocity and acceleration was concluded to calculate the actuator motion parameters by "3σ-principle". The parameter selection suggestions of roller testing rig vertical excitation mechanism were brought out, which could provide reference for roller testing rig design.
