温缩和干缩对连续配筋混凝土路面纵向配筋的影响 被引量:20

Influences of Thermal and Drying Shrinkages on Longitudinal Reinforcement in Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement

摘要 针对现行规范关于连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)纵向配筋的计算公式存在缺陷,且横向裂缝平均宽度控制值也不够合理的问题,采用弹性理论分析了温缩和干缩作用下CRCP的应力和位移,推导了纵向配筋设计指标的计算公式。结合"潭耒高速"算例,并基于CRC板二次开裂的主动控制,提出了确定横向裂缝宽度合理控制值的计算方法。采用ABAQUS有限元软件,对解析公式进行了数值验证。设计正交试验,对纵向配筋设计参数进行了极差分析和方差分析。根据极差分析,对设计参数的敏感性进行了排序;根据方差分析,区分了各设计参数在不同置信水平下的显著程度。结果表明:潭耒高速的横向裂缝宽度控制值可取为0.6mm;有限元建模时,弹簧单元可以模拟钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结-滑移本构关系,干缩可以等效为当量温差;解析解与有限元解较为吻合;混凝土线膨胀系数和温降幅值是最重要因素,钢筋直径和剪切刚度系数为较重要因素;研究成果可为CRCP的纵向配筋设计和施工提供理论参考。 Aimed at the problems of the defect of analytical equations for longitudinal reinforcement indicators of continuously reinforced concrete pavements (CRCP) in current specification and the unreasonable maximum of average transverse crack width, the stress and displacement of CRCP which were directly related to the thermal and drying shrinkage were analyzed and the equations of longitudinal reinforcement indictors were derived by the elastic theory. Based on an example of Tanlei Expressway, the method to determine the reasonable maximum of transverse crack width in case of active control of re-cracking of CRC was proposed. And the finite element (FE) software ABAQUS was used to verify the validity of above analytical equations. The orthogonal test was designed to carry out the variance and range analyses for design parameters of the longitudinal reinforcement, through which the influencing factors weredistinguished in different confidence levels. The results show that the maximum of transverse crack width of Tanlei expressway can be 0.6 mm~ the spring elements of FE model can be applied to define the bond-slip constitutive relation between concrete and steel and the drying shrinkage may be described as a value of an uniform temperature differenee; the analytical equations are proved to agree well with finite element solution; the linear expansion coefficient of concrete and the temperature drop rangeare are the most significant factors; the coefficient of shearing stiffness and the diameter of rebar is less significant factors. The results can provide theoretical reference for the design and construction of longitudinal reinforcement of CRCP.
