摘要
目的:分析放射性鼻窦炎患者接受鼻内镜下负压清理联合欧龙马滴剂冲洗的损伤程度及炎症程度。方法:将在本院接受治疗的92例放射性鼻窦炎患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组接受单纯鼻内镜下负压清理,观察组接受鼻内镜下负压清理联合欧龙马滴剂冲洗治疗,对比两组治疗后创伤及炎症程度差异。结果:放疗结束后3月时,观察组血清中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-17(IL-17)含量显著低于对照组,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、Zn、Fe、Cu、白介素-12(IL-12)含量高于对照组,外周血凝血指标血小板(Plt)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)水平高于对照组,血小板平均容积(MPV)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)水平低于对照组。结论:鼻内镜下负压清理联合欧龙马滴剂冲洗可减轻放射性鼻窦炎的创伤程度及炎症反应,优化机体全身状态。
Objective： To analyze the degree of injury and inflammation after patients with radiation nasosinusitis re- ceived negative-pressure cleaning under nasal endoscope combined with sinupret drops flushing. Methods： A total of 92 patients with radiation nasosinusitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group received negative-pressure cleaning under nasal endoscope alone, observation group received negative-pressure cleaning under nasal endoscope combined with sinupret drops flushing, and then the differences in the degree of injury and inflammation were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results： Three months after radiotherapy was finished, NO, NOS, LPO, CAT, H MGB1, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-17 content in serum of observation group were significantly lower than those of con-trol group while T-AOC, Zn, Fe, Cu and IL-12 content were higher than those of control group, and blood coagulation indexes Plt and PTA levels in peripheral blood were higher than those of control group while MPV, PT, TT and PDW levels were low- er than those of control group. Conclusion： Negative-pressure cleaning under nasal endoscope combined with sinupret drops flushing can reduce the degree of injury and inflammation of radiation nasosinusitis and optimize the body＇s systemic condition.
