复合生物制剂“三君荟”对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

摘要 本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加复合生物制剂“三君荟”对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验选用220头26~28日龄的断奶仔猪(杜×长×大),平均体重为(7.12±0.67)kg,随机分为两组,每组10个重复,每重复11头仔猪。试验期35天。两个组分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组),基础饲粮中添加复合生物制剂“三君荟”的试验饲粮(处理组)。试验结果显示:1)整个试验期,饲粮中添加“三君荟”对断奶仔猪的平均日增重和料重比具有显著影响(P〈0.05)。2)试验第14天,与对照组相比,饲喂“三君荟”能显著提高仔猪日增重(P〈0.01),显著降低料重比(P〈0.01)。3)试验第35天,处理组的日增重比对照组高16.7%(P〈0.05),处理组的料重比显著低于对照组15.9%(P〈0.05)。综上所述,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加复合生物制剂“三君荟”能显著提高断奶仔猪的日增重、降低料重比。 This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of complex- probiotics "Sanjunne" supplementation on growth performance of weaner piglets. Two hundred and twenty piglets (Duroc x Large White x Landrace) weaned at 26 to 28 days of age, [ the average body weight was (7.12 ±0.67) kg] were selected and divided into 2 groups with 10 replicates per group and 11 piglets per replicate.The trial lasted for 35 days. The piglets in each group were fed one of 2 diets: a basal diet without antibiotics (control group), the basal diet supplemented with complex-probiotics "Sanjunne" (treatment group). The results showed as follows: 1 ) during the whole experiment period, significantly differences among two groups in average daily gain and feed/gain were detected (P 〈 0.05 ). 2 ) On day 14, compared with the control group, the supplementation of" Sanjunne" significantly increased daily gain ( P 〈 0.01 ) and decreased feed/gain( P〈0.01 ). 3) On day 35, results showed that average daily gain in the treatment group was increased by 16.7% ( P 〈0.05) ; and feed/gain were decreased by 15.9% ( P 〈0.05 ). It is concluded that complex-probiotics "Sanjunne" will be an ideal feed additive to improve the growth performance,' could significantly increase daily gain and decrease feed/gain.
