摘要
本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加复合生物制剂“三君荟”对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验选用220头26～28日龄的断奶仔猪（杜×长×大），平均体重为（7．12±0．67）kg，随机分为两组，每组10个重复，每重复11头仔猪。试验期35天。两个组分别饲喂基础饲粮（对照组），基础饲粮中添加复合生物制剂“三君荟”的试验饲粮（处理组）。试验结果显示：1）整个试验期，饲粮中添加“三君荟”对断奶仔猪的平均日增重和料重比具有显著影响（P〈0．05）。2）试验第14天，与对照组相比，饲喂“三君荟”能显著提高仔猪日增重（P〈0．01），显著降低料重比（P〈0．01）。3）试验第35天，处理组的日增重比对照组高16．7％（P〈0．05），处理组的料重比显著低于对照组15．9％（P〈0．05）。综上所述，断奶仔猪饲粮中添加复合生物制剂“三君荟”能显著提高断奶仔猪的日增重、降低料重比。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of complex- probiotics ＂Sanjunne＂ supplementation on growth performance of weaner piglets. Two hundred and twenty piglets （Duroc x Large White x Landrace） weaned at 26 to 28 days of age, [ the average body weight was （7.12 ±0.67） kg] were selected and divided into 2 groups with 10 replicates per group and 11 piglets per replicate.The trial lasted for 35 days. The piglets in each group were fed one of 2 diets： a basal diet without antibiotics （control group）, the basal diet supplemented with complex-probiotics ＂Sanjunne＂ （treatment group）. The results showed as follows： 1 ） during the whole experiment period, significantly differences among two groups in average daily gain and feed/gain were detected （P 〈 0.05 ）. 2 ） On day 14, compared with the control group, the supplementation of＂ Sanjunne＂ significantly increased daily gain （ P 〈 0.01 ） and decreased feed/gain（ P〈0.01 ）. 3） On day 35, results showed that average daily gain in the treatment group was increased by 16.7% （ P 〈0.05） ; and feed/gain were decreased by 15.9% （ P 〈0.05 ）. It is concluded that complex-probiotics ＂Sanjunne＂ will be an ideal feed additive to improve the growth performance,＇ could significantly increase daily gain and decrease feed/gain.
