摘要
20世纪90年代末,湖南省普通高校中外合作办学兴起,十余年来发展迅速,在法制法规建设、办学项目、人才培养等方面都取得了较大成绩,同时也出现了一些问题,如管理体制问题、合作办学层次低、生源单一且水平参差不齐、培养模式混杂等。提高与深化认识,改善宏观与微观管理,注重学生生源,提供散发知识的神秘性与吸引性的教育场地,确保办学质量,是湖南省合作办学未来发展的可行途径。
Starting from 1990 s,the Sino-foreign higher education cooperation of Hunan Province booms in a decade of years. It has taken promising steps in legal construction,education programs,talent-nurturing and etc.,but some problems,such as management system,education level,poor quality of would-be students and the hybrid education models arise. To raise the awareness of the joint-school cooperation,improve the macro-and micro-management,better the sources of students,and provide mysterious and attractive education sites are the feasible approaches to promote the future development of Sino-foreign higher education cooperation of Hunan Province.
