摘要
分析转K4型转向架摩擦板紧固螺钉断裂的原因,并对车体相对旁承运动进行有限元分析,分析结果与实际断裂一致,据此提出改进意见,及时作出相应处理,确保铁路运输秩序正常。
This paper analyzed the fracture reason of fastening screw of zhuan k4 bogie friction plate, and made a fi-nite element analysis on the relative side bearing motion of the vehicle body, the analysis results was consistent withthe actual fracture. Based on this, the improvement suggestions were put forward, and the corresponding treatmentwas made in time, to ensure the normal order of the railway transportation.
