摘要
皮卡变速箱的后输出齿轮轴毛坯锻造工艺基本使用楔横轧或卧锻,使用上述两种工艺时,该轴大端处的复合孔无法锻造成型,文中采用立锻工艺,用于锻造后输出齿轮轴毛坯,同时将大端处的复合孔直接锻造成形,并针对该种锻件毛坯选择合理的粗加工工艺。
If the forging technology of cross wedge rolling process or horizontal forging is used to forge the pickup transmission Rear output gear shaft, the composite blind hole on the big end of the shaft can't be forged. This paper applies vertical forging technology to forge the shaft, and the composite blind hole can be forged. Reasonable rough machining process is selected to machine the forge piece of the shaft.
