多层铺叠法制备石墨/酚醛树脂导电复合材料

Fabrication of Graphite/Phenolic Resin Conductive Composite Using Multilayer Stack Molding Process

摘要 为了降低导电复合材料渗滤阈值,协调好力学性能与导电性能,文中采取一种多层铺叠成型工艺制备综合性能较佳的石墨/酚醛树脂导电复合材料。经研究发现:与传统的溶液混合模压成型方法相比,采取多层铺叠成型工艺渗滤阈值相对较低,此外这种复合材料的导电率随着层单元厚度减小而增大。 To reduce the conductive composite seepage threshold, and coordinate mechanical properties and electricconductivity, this paper applies a multilayer stack molding process to fabricate better comprehensive properties graphite/phenolic resin conductive composite materials. Research indicates that percolation threshold of multi-layer paving stackmolding process is relatively lower than the traditional solution of mixed molding method. The conductivity of this kind ofthe composite materials increases with the decrease of the layer cell thickness.
