从设计风险、现场风险、量价风险、特征风险等方面,介绍了工程项目招标控制价审核过程中常见的问题,阐述了招标控制价审核的重点和注意事项,旨在有效规避审核中的风险、提高资金的使用效益。
From the design risk,site risk,price risk,characteristics risk and other aspects,this paper introduced the common problems in project tender control price audit process,elaborated the focus and matters needing attention in tender control price audit,in order to avoid the risks in audit,improved the use efficiency of funds.
