摘要
"十二五"期间,许昌市商标战略的实施卓有成效,培育了一批驰名、著名、知名商标,成为许昌市服务科学发展、推动经济发展方式转变的有力抓手。许昌市应当把商标战略与城市品牌建设有机结合起来,从壮大优势产业、扶植新兴产业入手,发展具有区域化自主产权的制造业品牌、文化品牌、地理标志商标、农产品商标和有影响力的服务类商标,带动城市品牌建设。为此,需要建立以工商部门为核心、以企业为主体、以中介机构为纽带的,培育和监管双管齐下的多层次保障机制,以制度保落实,以长效促发展。
During the "12th Five-Year Plan",Xuchang trademark strategy has cultivated a batch of well-known and famous trademarks,which serves as a powerful starting point in developing service science and transforming economic development mode in Xuchang. Xuchang city should combine the trademark strategy with the city brand construction to achieve the growth of advantageous industries,cultivate regional independent brands,cultural brands,geographical indications trademarks,agricultural trademarks and build the city brand. To guarantee the brand development strategy,it is necessary to establish a multi-level security mechanism with the industry and commerce administration department as the core,the enterprise as the main body and intermediary organizations as a link.
