摘要
先秦兵书相关记载中,"气"既指"士气",也指战争过程中需要把握的"气机",是治军作战的关键因素。有关"治气"之论,先秦兵书皆有所涉及,其中尤以《尉缭子》论述篇幅最为集中和系统。《尉缭子》在不同的篇章都提及"气"在战争中的作用,并对如何"治气"提出了多种相应的措施,其对"士气""气机"的关注,是春秋战国时期重人事思想的体现。
Recorded in the pre-Qin books on strategies,the content of Qi refers to the soldiers＇ mental outlook as well as the timing of grasping the troop＇s spiritual power in the warring. Qi is the critical factor in governing the troops and directing their operations. On the Qi theory,all the pre-Qin military books are involved,especially Wei Liao Zi,which gives the most concentrated and systematic exposition. In different chapters,Wei Liao Zi mentioned the role of Qi in the war and proposed a variety of appropriate measures on how to apply the Qi. Its focus and concern on the soldiers＇ subjectivity and the way to improve it reflects the trend of pre-Qin ideas.
