摘要
目的:建立HPLC-RID测定天麻蜜环菌片中的D-无水葡萄糖含量的方法。方法:Prevail Carbihyrate ES糖色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为35℃,流动相为乙腈-水(75:25),流速为1.0m L/min。结果:D-无水葡萄糖的回归方程为y=3.4797x+0.0215(r=0.9991)。线性范围为0.6275μg/m L^2.51μg/m L;结论:该法可为控制蜜环菌粉制剂的内在质量提供依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC-RID method for determination of D-Glucose anhydrous in Gastrodia Tuder Halimasch Tablets; Methods: The analytical column was Prevail Carbihyrate ES(250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) with the temperature of 35℃; mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(75: 25); The flow rate was 1. 0m L/min.
