摘要
黄芩属于多年生草本植物,为常用中药材之一,入药部位为根,在中药组方中较为常见,多糖苷、黄酮类等多种化学成分陆续被发现,清热燥湿、泻火解毒、凉血活血等功效也逐一被证实。从黄芪中提取的有效成分具备抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、解热镇痛、抗氧化及清除氧自由基和治疗心血管疾病等综合作用,这已成为相关研究关注的重点,应用价值值得肯定。
