摘要
针刺进针疼痛在一定程度上阻碍了针灸疗法的推广,分析进针速度与患者痛觉的潜在关系,阐述针刺痛觉的产生机理,并指出进针疼痛的影响因素。在此基础上提出针灸机器人的设想,强调其高速低痛、无痛进针的特色性能,可解决针灸临床需求不断增长与医生需较长训练周期才可掌握无痛进针技术间的矛盾。
To a certain extent,needle inserting pain of acupuncture hinders the promotion of acupuncture therapy. The authors analyze the potential relationship between needle inserting speed and patient’ s algesthesia,expound the formation mechanism of needling algesthesia,and point out the influencing factors of needle inserting pain. Based on these,the authors put forward to the design of acupuncture robot. Its characteristic performance of high speed,little pain and painless needle inserting are emphasized. It might resolve the conflicts between growing acupuncture clinical demand and doctors needing a long training period to master the technology of painless needle inserting.
