摘要
以甲阶酚醛树脂为碳源,以F127为模板剂,硝酸铁和尿素为添加剂,正硅酸乙酯为结构增强剂,利用蒸发诱导自组装法(EISA)制备了铁掺杂含氮介孔碳,采用透射电镜(TEM)、氮气吸附和X射线(XRD)等手段对其进行了表征,结果表明:在掺入铁后,介孔碳依然保持了良好的二维六方结构(p6mm),同时浸润性明显提高。所制备样品具有较大的比表面积,可以高达1483m2/g,比表面积随着铁掺入量的增加呈现降低的趋势,有序度也会随之降低。在吸附有机染料甲基橙的实验中,铁掺杂含氮有序介孔碳对甲基橙的吸附可以达到196.76mg/g,最大吸附率可以达到98.5%。
Using resole resin as the carbon source and F127 as the template agent and ferric nitrate and urea as additive,TEOS as structural enhancer,Fe/N-doped ordered mesoporous carbon was prepared by the method of evaporation induced self-assembly(EISA).The obtained materials were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),nitrogen adsorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),and other means of characterizations.The results show that after adding iron,mesoporous carbon maintained ordered 2-D hexagonal(p6mm)structure,and the wettability was obviously improved.Specific surface area could be as high as 1483m2/g,and both specific surface area and the degree of order decreased with the increase of doping amount of iron.In the experimental adsorption of organic dye methyl orange,the Fe/N-doped ordered mesoporous carbon can absorb 196.76mg/g methyl orange,and the maximum adsorption rate can reach 98.5%.
