摘要
采用低压铸造-轧制法实现了快速制备650 mm×30 mm×7 mm×R3.5 mm的 Al/Cu 复合材料,并通过 SEM、EDS、XRD和电子万能试验机(AG-X)表征其结构和界面剪切强度。结果表明:在Cu管预热温度200℃,轧制压下率30%,冷却水通量400 L/h,Al液温度680~740℃条件下均可实现 Al-Cu之间的冶金结合,界面合金层随着 Al液温度的升高而变宽;复合材料的导电性能和界面结合剪切强度受界面金属间化合物层宽度的影响,其宽度越宽,剪切强度降低。低压铸造法制备 Al-Cu复合材料工艺流程短,一次成形快,并能对界面物相进行有效调控。
Al-Cu composite material(size:650 mm×30 mm×7 mm×R3.5 mm)was prepared rapidly by low pressure casting-rolling,and the structures and properties were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and electronic uni-versal testing machine(AG-X).It was found that metallurgical bonding between Cu and Al could be achieved with li-quid-aluminum temperature range of 680-740 ℃,preheating temperature of copper pipe of 200 ℃,rolling reduction of 30% and cooling water flux of 400 L/h.The interface of alloy layer became wider with the increasing liquid-alumi-num temperature.Both the resistivity and the shear strength of binding interface of the composite were influenced by the width of intermetallic compound layers,and the wider layer led to lower shear strength of binding interface.The preparation of Al-Cu composite material by low pressure casting-rolling technology takes the advantages including short process,single and rapid formation,and controllability of interface phases.
