摘要 研究了ZL101铝合金消失模铸造压力场对铸件力学性能的影响。建立了压力与铸件密度、抗拉强度、硬度的MGM(1,N)模型,并对模型的背景值进行了优化。模型不仅可以用于拟合压力场与铸件力学性能之间的关系,并可用于预测不同压力下铸件密度、抗拉强度、硬度的大小。试验表明,模型有较高的预测精度,对ZL101铝合金消失模铸造工艺优化和使用具有积极作用。 Effects of EPC pressure field on the mechanical properties of ZL101 aluminum alloy components were investigated.The MGM(1,N)model of pressure and density,tensile strength as well as hardness of the parts was established,and background value of the model was optimized.MGM(1,N)model can be used not only for fitting complex relationship between pressure and mechanical properties of the parts,but also for predicting density,tensile strength and hardness of the castings under different pressure.The results show that the model has a high prediction accuracy,exhibiting apositive role in lost foam process optimization of ZL101 aluminum alloy.
