摘要
误吸是一种常见的可以引起多种肺部综合征的疾病,由于其常隐匿性发生,易被临床漏诊及误诊。病人接受不及时或不恰当的治疗后会导致病情加重,甚至死亡。结合X线、CT检查中的特征性影像特点和相关临床资料,有助于提高误吸及其相关肺部疾病的诊断准确性,对降低疾病死亡率具有重要意义。就几种常见的误吸综合征的影像表现予以综述。
Aspiration is common and can result in a spectrum of pulmonary syndromes. Because the occurrence of aspiration is frequently occulted, making it easily underdiagnosed and misdiagnosed. Delayed or inappropriate treatment can result in exacerbation of diseases and even death. Integration of characteristic radiologic findings on X-ray and computed tomography（CT） and associated clinical context will facilitate accurate diagnosis of aspiration and aspiration-related pulmonary syndromes, which plays a important role in reducing disease mortality. The imaging features of several common aspiration syndromes were reviewed in the article.
