摘要
目的分析中医护理干预在原发性高血压护理中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的104例原发性高血压患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序将所有患者分为研究组(52例)与对照组(52例)。对照组52例原发性高血压患者给予常规护理,研究组52例原发性高血压患者基于常规护理基础上给予中医护理干预;对比两组原发性高血压患者的临床护理效果。结果研究组患者的总有效率为96.2%,对照组患者的总有效率为76.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预在原发性高血压护理中的临床应用具有一定效果,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with primary hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with primary hypertension in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All of the patients were divided into study group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in study group were given TCM nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.2%, while the control group was 76.9%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application effect of TCM nursing intervention on patients with primary hypertension is significant, which is worthy of popularizing in clinical nursing work.
