摘要
根据工业和信息化部(工信部无[2013]157号)关于无线电台站规范化管理若干问题的通知,停止对含有450~470 MHz频段无线电发射设备的型号核准,我国的普速铁路的移动通信系统将逐步改造为GSM—R系统。以辛泰线为例,在改造过程中,由于施工组织进度问题,部分车站关闭,但GSM—R系统尚未启用。如果不开展过渡设计,必然导致部分区段原有的无线列调呼叫方式发生改变,对行车安全带来一定的影响。由于施工进度问题,应尽量在满足要求的情况下,简化过渡方案,节约过渡投资成本。在过渡方案的研究过程中,应尽量利用既有通信资源,减少对新设资源的依赖,避免因工程先后进度问题,既有无线列调设备已经关停,而过渡方案尚未实施。文章针对辛泰线口头站的过渡设计,提出了无线列调操作台射频拉远的方案,极大的降低了过渡成本和施工难度。
According to the Notice on Issues about the Standardized Management of the Radio Equipments of the Ministryof Industry and Information Technology (MIIT Radio [ 2013 ] No. 157 ), the approval of radio transmitting equipmentscontaining band from 450 MHz to 470 MHz will be called off, and the mobile communication system for common speedrailway in China will be gradually transformed into the GSM-R system. Taking XinTai Railway for example, because ofthe progress of construction organization, some stations were closed during the reconstruction, but the GSM-R system wasnot yet enabled. Without an effective transition design, the call mode of the original train radio dispatching system insome sections would be inevitably changed, which will impact the traffic safety in a certain extent. The transitionprogram should be simplified to save the investment costs of transition under the conditions of meeting the requirements.During the research on the transition program, the existing communication resources should be fully used to reducedependence on the newly -built resources and avoid the situation that the transition program has not yet been put intoeffect when the existing train radio dispatching system is shut down due to progress of construction. For the transitiondesign of Koutou Station of XinTai Railway, the program of the train radio dispatching system remote radio - head isproposed in this paper, which reduces greatly the transition cost and the difficulty of construction.
