驻点教学在提高护生临床传染科护理岗位胜任力的改革探索 被引量:4

摘要 文章探索了驻点教学对提高护生传染科临床护理岗位胜任力的作用和效果。护生54人作为驻点教学实验组,传统教学护生54人作为对照组,进入医院传染科学习,在传染科实习结束时分别评价两组学生的传染病护理工作态度、常见理论知识掌握、消毒隔离制度执行、隔离技术、护理程序运用能力。实验组护生与对照组护生比较,工作态度(t=4.73,P<0.01)、消毒隔离制度执行(t=5.57,P<0.01)、护理程序运用(t=3.79,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;两组护生传染病常见理论考核(t=3.50,P<0.01)和隔离技术操作考试成绩(t=2.84,P<0.01)均显示差异有统计学意义。由此得出结论,驻点教学能够提高护生在传染科临床护理岗位的胜任力。 Objective To explore the teaching effect and improve the effect of stagnation of infectious diseases nurs- ing students' clinical nursing competency. Methods The stagnation point teaching experiment group 54 nursing students, the control group is 54 students of traditional teaching support, enter the hospital department of infec- tious diseases, Department of infectious diseases at the end of the internship, ability were evaluated in two groups of students. Including: infectious disease nursing work attitude, common theoretical knowledge, isolation technol- ogy, disinfection and isolation system, nursing procedure use. Results Compared with the control group stu- dents, attitude (t=4.73, P〈0.01), implementation of disinfection and isolation system (t=5.57, P〈0.01), using the nursing procedure (t=3.79, P〈0.01) the difference was statistically significant; two groups of nursing students in common infectious disease (t=3.50, P〈0.01) theoretical examination and isolation technology operating examina- tions (t=2.84 P〈0.01), showed that the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The stagnation point teaching can improve nursing students' competency in clinical nursing post infectious diseases.
