摘要
注水管线长期运行会导致腐蚀、结垢,悬浮固体吸附到管壁上,导致形成水垢层。回注污水中的油类、悬浮固体、聚合物、细菌及其产物等会堵塞注水井的近井地带及井眼附近区域,导致近井地带的渗透率明显降低,压力升高,注水量下降,造成油层污染。取样检测注水干线污染物含量变化,确定注水干线二次污染的主要影响因素,以便于采取措施防治注水干线二次污染。
Corrosion and scaling of water injection pipeline always occur after long-term operation, suspended solids adsorb on the tube wall to form the scale. Oil, suspended solids, polymer, bacteria and their products in produced water reinjection can block the zone near the wellbore to cause significant reduction in the permeability near the wellbore and in the amount of water, pressure rise, resulting in reservoir pollution. In this paper, after testing the change of main pollutant content in injected water, the main factors to cause secondary pollution of the water injection line were determined, in order to take measures to prevent the secondary pollution of water injection line.
