摘要
目的:探究急性踝关节扭伤患者经电针配合中药熏蒸治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2级单位骨外科2015年1月-2015年12月收治的108例急性踝关节扭伤患者,按照随机平行的数字的方式,分成观察组和对照组,各54例。观察组通过电针配合中药熏蒸治疗,对照组给予药物治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组痊愈27例,显效18例,有效7例,无效2例,治疗总有效率96.30%;对照组痊愈11例,显效16例,有效18例,无效9例,治疗总有效率83.33%。组间比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:急性踝关节扭伤通过电针配合中药熏蒸治疗,临床效果较好,值得临床方面深入推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with acute ankle sprain.
