摘要
目的 分析对比腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的疗效。方法 将2012年5月-2015年5月我院收治的68结肠癌手术患者作为研究对象。根据手术方法,将其分为腹腔镜组34例与开腹组34例。观察对比两组术中情况、术后恢复时间、并发症情况及1年内局部复发率。结果 腹腔镜组术中出血量、下床活动时间、恢复排气时间及住院时间均低于开腹组（P〈0.05）;两组患者手术时间对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。腹腔镜组术后并发症发生率2.94%,低于开腹组23.53%（P〈0.05）。两组患者1年内局部复发率对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 相较于开腹手术,腹腔镜治疗结肠癌具有出血少、恢复快、并发症概率低等优势。
Objective TTo compare and analyze the curative effect of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods From May 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital 68 patients with colorectal cancer surgery patients as the research object. According to the operation method, cases were divided into 34 cases of laparoscopic group and 34 cases in the open group. Two groups were observed and compared in the groups, the postoperative recovery time, the complications and local recurrence rate in 1 year.Results The amount of bleeding, the time of getting out of bed, the exhaust time and the length of stay in the laparoscopic group were lower than those in the open group （P〈0.05）. Comparison of operation time between two groups, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The incidence rate of postoperative complications in laparoscopic group was 2.94%, lower than that in open surgery group 23.53% （P〈0.05）. Comparison of local recurrence rate in two groups of patients in 1 year, the difference was not statistically signiifcant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Compared with open surgery, Laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer has advantages of less bleeding, faster recovery, low probability of complications, and so on.
