摘要
目的分析和探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗脑血管认知功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选择本院的108例患者分成A组(给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗)和B组(给予常规治疗),对比其治疗效果。结果 A组的治疗总有效率优于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血管认知功能障碍患者进行单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the treatment and effect analysis of monosialo four hexose ganglioside in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. Methods 108 cases in our hospital were divided into A group（given monosialo four hexose ganglioside treatment） and B group（routine treatment）, compared the treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of A group was better than that of B group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cerebral vascular cognitive impairment in patients of monosialo four hexose ganglioside treatment, significant effect.
