摘要
目的对我院儿科护生在实习中存在的问题进行调查分析并探讨其解决对策。方法选择2014年1月~2016年6月在我院儿科实习的应届护生150名,采用问卷调查方法对其在儿科实习中所存在的问题及应对方法进行调查。结果 150名实习护生回收调查问卷142份,回收有效率94.7%。我院儿科护生在实习中存在的问题主要有：理论知识与临床脱节,独自执行护理操作少,护患关系紧张,临床带教老师水平参差不齐。结论儿科护生实习中存在较多问题,可通过建立规范化管理制度,重视实习生的规范化管理,加强护生理论学习与基本功的训练,注重沟通技巧的培养,加强临床实践带教管理等措施以提高实习质量。
Objective To analysis the problems in pediatric nursing students under the new situation and explore the solutions. Methods 150 pediatric nursing students from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected. The problems and response were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results There were 142 effective questionnaires and the effective rate was 94.7% in 150 nursing students. The main problem existing in our hospital of learning theory and clinical practice out of touch, less nursing procedure by themselves, difficult relationships between nurse and patients and levels of teachers are different. Conclusion There were more problems during internship in pediatric nursing students. The way of improving practice quality is to establish regular administration system, pay more attention to standardized management of nursing students, enhancing the theory study, enhance the training of basic clinical skill, emphasize the communication skills and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
