摘要
采用变异系数、主成分分析和聚类分析对海口林场47株油橄榄结果树9个表型性状进行多样性分析。结果表明,47株油橄榄结果树9个表型性状在株间均存在较丰富的变异,其中平均果重(43.06%)和核重(44.63%)变异系数较大,叶左宽/叶宽(2.02%)变异系数最小,且生殖器官变异水平大于营养器官变异水平;主成分分析表明:叶形指数、核形指数、果重、核重、叶左宽/叶宽及叶厚是引起47株油橄榄结果树表型变异的主要因子;聚类分析表明,47株油橄榄结果树分为4个大类群,第1,2类群分别包含2个亚类、2株结果树,第3个类群包含1个亚类、1株结果树,第4个类群包含3个亚类、42株结果树,约占总结果树的89.36%,是开发利用的主要类群(品种)。
Diversity analysis of 9 phenotypic traits of 47 Olive europaea L. tree in Haikou Forest Farm were conducted through variation coefficient analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that, there were rich variation among different individual of 9 phenotypic traits of 47 Olea europaea L. tree, the variation coefficient of the average fruit weight (43.06%) and the nuclear weight (44. 63% ) was bigger than the others, the variation coefficient of leaf left width/leaf width (2. 02% ) was the smallest, and the variation level of genital organ was bigger than that of nutrition; The principal component analysis showed that leaf index, nuclear shape index, fruit weight, kernel weight, leaf width left / leaf width and leaf thickness were the main factors that caused phenotypic variation of 47 Olea europaea L. tree. The cluster analysis showed that these 47 Olea europaea L. tree could be divided into four groups, the first two groups contain two sub-categories two fruit tree respectively, the third group contain a sub-category, a fruit tree, the fourth group contain three sub-categories. These 42 fruit trees, which account for 89. 36 percent of all fruit trees in Haikou Forest Farm, are the varieties for future utilization.
