摘要
为了解采矿活动产生的大量粉尘对雪岭云杉针叶生理特性产生的影响,以乌鲁木齐县板房沟林场的艾维尔沟为粉尘污染区、羊圈沟为对照区,使用LI-6400光合仪测定雪岭云杉光合生理指标。结果表明,(1)受粉尘影响的叶片光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别降低了44%、44%和45%,同时胞间CO2浓度、叶片温度分别升高了191%和40%;(2)粉尘滞留明显减弱了雪岭云杉叶片对红蓝光的吸收,受粉尘影响的叶片在红蓝光源下的光合速率比在自然光源下的光合速率下降了76%,而未受粉尘影响的叶片在红蓝光源下的光合速率只比在自然光源下的光合速率下降34%。
To understand the influence of dust that comes from mining activities on physiological characteristics of Picea schrenkiana needles, relevant indexes of P. schrenkiana leaves were measured by LI-6400 photosynthesis instrument by selecting the Avril Gou valley as the dust influenced area, and Yangjuan Gou as controlled area (both of these two sites are located in Banfang Gou Forest Farm of Urumqi County). The results showed that, ( 1 ) photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of influenced leaves were reduced by 44%, 44% and 45% respectively, intercellular CO2 concentration and leaf temperature were increased by 191% and 40% respectively; (2) compared with natural light, the red and blue light absorption of P. schrenkiana leaves decreased significantly because of dust retention, and the photosynthetic rate in red and blue light were decreased by 76% in the influenced leaves, while it only decreased 34% in uninfluenced leaves.
