摘要
目的了解南京市社区医务人员糖尿病管理知识及技能水平,为提高该地区糖尿病社区管理水平提供参考意见。方法对南京市社区医务人员进行糖尿病管理知识及技能培训,采用配对t检验方法对培训效果及培训前后各题均分进行统计学分析。结果培训前后总成绩、血糖控制目标及糖尿病的诊断差异有统计学意义,培训后总成绩高于培训前。糖尿病患者的个体化治疗及有慢病合并症患者的处理差异无统计学意义。结论建议结合社区医务人员专业特点等情况,开展针对性的培训,提高社区医务人员对多种慢性病共存的糖尿病患者的管理能力,建立综合医院与社区的联动机制,进一步提高糖尿病社区管理的规范化、长效化。
Objective Understand the level of management knowledge and skills in diabetes of medical staff in communities, and help to provide suggestions for improving the management level of diabetes in community.Methods Medical staff in communities in Nanjing received diabetic management and skills training.Using paired t test method to analyze the training effect and the average scores of each item before and after training. Results The total score significantly improved after training,and there was statistical significance in the total score,blood glucose control goal and the diagnosis of diabetes compared with those before training. There was no significant difference in individual therapy for patients with diabetes mellitus or in treatment of patients with other chronic diseases. Conclusions It is sensible to take specific training according to the professional characteristics of the medical staff in these communities,and improve the ability of managing diabetes patients with other chronic diseases. The linkage mechanism between general hospitals and communities should be set up as soon as possible to further improve the level of normalization and long- term utilization of the community management of diabetes.
