摘要
"模拟公司"是国外普遍采用的专业人才培训方式,"微型营业部"教学模式来源于"模拟公司"人才培养模式,这一名称更符合金融行业机构的设置特点。"微型营业部"教学模式根据行为导向教育理念,让学生在模拟情境中学习并完成实际工作任务,在边学边练中体验金融机构的营业环境和业务流程,进而降低未来的职业风险。在教学实践中,结合多元化的能力考核方式改革,对培养应用型金融人才有积极的推动作用。
The "Simulation Company"is the main methods for training professionals which is widely used in abroad. The " Micro-business department" teaching mode is from the training mode of "simulation company",and this name fits with the characteristics setting in the financial sector institutions. The "Micro-business department"teaching model is based on action-oriented philosophy of education. It can enables students to complete tasks in simulated situations,and experiences financial institutions operating environment and business processes by learning while training. This mode can reduce the future career risk,it uses a reform of the wide range assessment methods in the teaching practice,and it can make a positive role in promoting to train applied financial talents.
