摘要
在社会转型升级的历史语境下,职业人的生存需要、发展方式和自我意义需求都发生了深刻的变革。如何塑造职业人,使其形成适应社会要求和自身成长需要的职业精神,是当前亟需解决的问题。本文在分析职业精神内涵和社会本质的基础上,阐述了职业精神的形成特征和弱处之义,并从个体自我抉择和社会塑造等维度探讨了职业精神的培育路径。
In the historical context of social transformation and upgrading,there has been a profound change in the needs of the people＇s survival,development and self meaning. How to shape the people＇s professional spirit and make it adapt to the social requirements and the needs of their own growth is the problem which need to solve. This paper analysis the social connotation and essence of the professional spirit,expounds formation characteristics and weak points of the professionalism,discuss the train path of professional spirit from the dimension of individual choice and social shaping.
