基于欧标EN12952的受压部件疲劳-蠕变寿命分析

摘要 余热锅炉(HRSG)服役期间经历着频繁的启动、停止和载荷波动,且部分部件的温度超过了材料的蠕变温度,必须对其进行疲劳、蠕变寿命分析。以实际工程为例,就如何采用欧洲标准EN12952进行锅炉承压部件疲劳-蠕变寿命分析进行研究,并以VB工具将分析过程编译成简便实用的专用程序。 The waste heat boiler( HRSG) experienced frequent starts,stops and load fluctuations,and the temperature of the partial pressure components exceeded the creep temperature of the material,it is necessary to be carred out fatigue-creep longevity analysis. Taking the practical engineering as an example,this paper studies how to use the European standard EN12952 to analyze and study the fatigue creep longevity of the pressure components of the boiler,and to compile the analysis process into a simple and practical program by VB tools.
