摘要
目的了解铁岭市市售蔬菜中重金属污染水平,为加强食品安全性管理提供科学依据。方法采集样品175份。用国标法检测镉、铅、汞。结果镉、铅、汞检出率分别为39.43%、11.43%、29.71%,超标率分别1.14%、0.57%、2.29%。农贸市场蔬菜镉检出率(48.76%)高于超市(29.41%),市区蔬菜汞检出率(43.21%)最高,农村最低(13.51%)。春秋季蔬菜均有重金属检出,夏季蔬菜无重金属检出。结论铁岭市蔬菜重金属污染程度不高,对于市区供应蔬菜、温室大棚蔬菜、农贸市场蔬菜的重金属污染,应加大监测管理力度。
[Objective]To understand the pollution level of heavy metals in vegetables sold in Tieling city, and provide the basis for strengthening the management of food safety. [Methods]A total of 175 samples were collected. The lead, cadmium and mercury were detected by the national standard methods. [Results]The detection rates of cadmium, lead and mercury were39.43%, 11.43% and 29.71%, and the over standard rates were 1.14%, 0.57% and 2.29% respectively. The detection rate of cadmium in farmer's market vegetables(48.76%) was higher than that in supermarket(29.41%). The detection rate of mercury in urban vegetables was highest(43.21%), and in rural vegetables was lowest(13.51%). The heave mental were detected in spring and autumn vegetables, but not found in summer vegetables. [Conclusion]The heavy metal pollution degree of vegetables in Tieling is not high. The monitoring and management of heavy metal pollution of urban vegetables, greenhouse vegetables and farmer's market vegetables should be strengthened.
