摘要
目的观察一种双长链季铵盐消毒剂的杀菌效果及腐蚀性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和腐蚀性试验方法,对某双长链季铵盐类消毒剂杀菌效果及其腐蚀性进行实验室观察。结果用含10 mg/L的该双长链季铵盐消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值分别为7.22和7.16。用浓度30 g/L的该双长链季铵盐溶液对45碳钢、Z30铸铁、H62黄铜、和LY12-BC2硬铝在80℃下浸泡2 h,平均腐蚀量分别为1.9 mg、1.8 mg、0.2 mg和0.9 mg。结论该双长链季铵盐消毒剂对细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀灭效果,对金属腐蚀量由高到低为碳钢、铸铁、铝和铜。
Objective To exam the germicidal efficacy and corrosion test of a double long - chain quaternary ammonium salt. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and corrosion test were used for laboratory evaluation to evaluate the germicidal efficacy and corrosion of the quaternary ammonium sah. Results The average killing logrithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt 10 mg/L for 0.5 min were 7.22 and 7.16, respectively. The average amount of corrosion of 45# steel, Z30 cast iron, H62 brass and LY12 - BC2 duralumin in 30 g/L double long - chain quaternary ammonium salt solution was 1.9 rag, 1.8 mg,0.2 mg and 0.9 mg,respectively. Conclusion The double longchain quaternary ammonium salts has rapid germicidal efficacy on vegetatives forms of bacteria and its corrosivity decreases in the order : steel cast iron alumin brass.
